Recipe: SHATLER’s Cocktail Parfait

It is a SHATLER’s insider tip – recommended to all cocktail-lovers – a slightly different way to enjoy the mixed drinks: an easy and quickly prepared cocktail parfait that will surprise you.

Would you like a Piña Colada parfait as a special dessert at the weekend? It also tastes delicious with an alcohol free Virgin Colada.

Here the recipe:


3 egg yolk
130 g sugar
500 g cream
2 sachets vanilla sugar
1 Piña Colada or Virgin Colada

Whisk egg yolk and sugar, and then add the Colada by mixing it in bit by bit. Blend cream and vanilla sugar and whisk stiff. Then fold the stiff cream in the mass. Place the parfait mass in a cake pan and cover with transparent film. Freeze for at least 5 hours, best over night. Ready!

A refreshingly fruity alternative without alcohol is a SHATLER’s Wake Up parfait. Serve it with blueberries or other fresh fruits and you and your guests will definitely enjoy it!
